Papers of Whitney Gilliland, 1947-1972.

The papers of Whitney Gilliland consist primarily of correspondence and speeches. Many of the speeches were given while he was a member of the Civil Aeronautics Board. The eleven folders of correspondence include letters from: John M. Henry, Bourke B. Hickenlooper, Ben F. Jensen, Thomas E. Martin, and Harrison E. Spangler. Finally, there are news releases and bulletins from the Republican National Committee in 1952.
